Music In Dreams — A Normal Phenomenon?

This section covers topics such as songwriting, composition, music production, and the creative process, as well as what is currently happening in the music scene, medical research, etc.

It is important to recognize that the statements in this section are solely my opinions and should not be taken as fact. It is important to do your own research and make decisions based on facts rather than opinion. It is also important to remember that opinions can change over time and should not be taken as concrete.

Dreams can be mysterious and often leave the dreamer confused. Nonetheless, scientists have discovered that hearing music in dreams is a common occurrence. It is thought that humans have the ability to process elaborate sound representations, such as music, while dreaming. This capability is also applicable to other aspects of life, such as language, art, philosophy, faith, science, medicine, mathematics, and so on.

Humans have sought to decipher the rationale behind the presence of life representations for many years. This is particularly evident in music, where attempts to explain why it appears in dreams often prove unsuccessful.

For example, researchers have found that the music in dreams (MID music) tends to be of a more abstract nature than the music we experience in our waking lives. It is likely that this abstract nature of MID music is due to the dreamer's mental state while dreaming, which often leads to a more abstract interpretation of the music.

In addition to the abstract nature of MID music, researchers have found that music can also be used to express emotions and ideas. This is due to the fact that music is an emotive language in its own right. Dreams can often be used as a means to express thoughts and feelings that may be too difficult to express in waking life. For example, music can be used to convey feelings of joy, sadness, fear, anger, or even love.

In upcoming blog posts, I will go into greater detail about the origin of MID music. Keep an eye out for future updates.
